  • Anal melanoma - no survival difference between APR and WLE
  • Anal SCC - risk factor includes HPV 16 and 18 → implicated in cervical cancer → MUST SCREEN FOR CERVICAL CANCER
    • Other risks: history of STI, history of vulvar or cervical carcinoma, immunosuppression related to HIV or after organ transplant, smoking
