MCC is trauma, 2nd MC is rupture of berry aneurysm

Tx: prevent rebleed (open clip, endovascular coil), prevent vasospasm with CCB, nimodipine.

• ICP monitoring for TBI
• Uncal herniation
• Central tentorial herniation
• Subfalcine herniation
• Cerebellar (upward or downward)
• Transcalvarial herniation
• Cranial nerve VII injury
• Le Fort Fractures
• Blunt cerebrovascular injury
